Who am I?
Discovering yet.
If I ever find the answer, I might scream it to the world at the top of my voice.
But for now, the world calls me a woman.
I was sent to college to acquire a management degree, and somehow ended up making a living in the corporate training world — helping people learn, communicate, grow and occasionally question why meetings need to be meetings.
I cook when I want to create something with my hands.
I listen to music when words aren't enough.
I travel whenever the world outside my window starts feeling too small.
I eat with unreasonable enthusiasm because food, in my opinion, deserves to be taken seriously.
And I write.
Not because I have figured life out.
Quite the opposite.
I write because life keeps leaving little pieces of itself behind — a conversation, a face, a place, a heartbreak, a ridiculous incident, a smell, a song, a sunset, a thought that arrives at 2 AM and refuses to leave.
Sometimes I write to understand what I feel.
Sometimes I write because something made me laugh.
Sometimes because something hurt.
And sometimes, for no particularly respectable reason at all.
I simply have a thought fluttering around inside my head and I need to let it fly.
So this isn’t really an "About Me" page.
It’s more of a "This is what I know about myself so far" page.
And honestly?
The list is still under construction.
"Perhaps that is the most interesting thing about being alive."
